Mix peach chunks with mango chunks and add them to the Ninja Creami pint.
Mix together strawberries and raspberries and add them on top of the fruit in the pint.
Level out the fruit so the top is as flat as possible.
Add coconut water to the "Max Fill" line on the pint container. If you do not see a line, add the coconut water to the top of the fruit, ensuring there is enough headspace in the container.
Place the lid on the pint and put it in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
Remove the pint from the freezer and set on the counter for 15 minutes.
Click pint into the machine and spin on the "Sorbet" setting.
Once the cycle has finished, remove the pint and inspect it. If there are still a lot of fruit chunks, take a butter knife and gently slide it down the walls of the pints. Add 1T of coconut water, juice, or water, and place it back in the machine and spin it on "sorbet" again.
After it's finished, remove and look at it one more time. If it looks powdery or chunky, place it back in the machine for one last respin.
