1/4cupAvocado oil
1TbspDijon mustard
3/4tspGranulated garlic

Instructions
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
Slowly drizzle in the avocado oil while whisking until the dressing emulsifies into a smooth, creamy consistency. You can also toss everything in a jar and give it a good shake, or to speed things up, you can also use a small electric whisk or frother.
Taste and adjust seasoning—add a splash more vinegar if you like it tangier, or a little extra honey for more sweetness.Store in a glass swing-top jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
