Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

A healthy, flavorful dressing made with wholesome ingredients, and without inflammatory oils, thickeners, or additives like the store-bought versions.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Avocado oil
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 tsp Granulated garlic
  • 1-2 Tbsp Honey adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Pinches Mineral salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Slowly drizzle in the avocado oil while whisking until the dressing emulsifies into a smooth, creamy consistency. You can also toss everything in a jar and give it a good shake, or to speed things up, you can also use a small electric whisk or frother.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning—add a splash more vinegar if you like it tangier, or a little extra honey for more sweetness.Store in a glass swing-top jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
