Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Milk (I prefer raw milk)
  • ½ Banana (Frozen)
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter powder
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp Collagen peptides powder
  • pinch Salt
  • 2-4 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker texture, add a few more ice cubes and blend again.
