  • ¼ Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ Tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Pinches Dried Parsley
  • 1 Tsp Kosher Salt
  • Freshly Ground Pepper to tase

Healthy Homemade "Special Sauce"

  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise (I prefer to use one without refined oils)
  • ¼ Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Ketchup (I recommend a brand without corn syrup)
  • 2 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • ¼ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Pickles Finely diced
  • Salt to tase

For The Burger Bowls

  • 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 LB Grass-Fed Beef
  • Burger Seasoning of Your Choice or salt and pepper
  • 12 oz Spinach
  • 1 Medium Avocado
  • ¼ Cup White or Red Onion Finely Diced
  • 10-15 Pickle Slices
  • ½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes Sliced
  • ¼-½ Cup Shredded Cheddar
  • Sesame Seeds Optional

Instructions

For The Sweet Potato Fries

  • Preheat oven to 450 °F
  • Peel the sweet potato and slice into thin fries; about ½ inch thick.
  • Place fries on a cookie sheet and coat in oil.
  • Add spices, salt, and pepper. Mix with your hands until all fries are coated evenly with oil. Then spread out the fries as much as you can.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then stir and put back into the oven for 5-10 minutes.
  • They are ready when all of the fries are soft and slightly crisp on the ends.

For the Healthy Homemade "Special Sauce"

  • In a small bowl, add in all the ingredients and stir.
  • Taste the mixture and if it is too tangy for your liking, add another teaspoon of maple syrup.
  • If the mixture looks a little too think, you can add small amounts of water (1/2 Tbsp at a time) until you have reached your desired consistency.

For The Bowl Base

  • Add oil to a medium-sized skillet and cook ground beef until no longer pink.
  • Meanwhile, finely dice onions, slice cherry tomatoes, and cube the avocado.
  • Drain the meat, if necessary, and season with salt, pepper, and/or your burger seasoning of choice.

Assembly

  • Lay down a generous amount of spinach in a salad bowl.
  • Add ground beef, cheese, pickles, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, avocado, sesame seeds, and onion.
  • Drizzle desired amount of "special sauce" dressing and enjoy!
